Narrative:

On the evening of may/tue/02, I was assigned by air carrier X management to change #2 engine on air carrier Y aircraft, due to my previous research and my engine change knowledge. We confirmed with air carrier Y management and changed the #2 engine per air carrier Y maintenance manual. On the morning of may/wed/02 I was informed by union president mr Y of a letter dated oct/92 which, after reading the noted letter, I may have violated the gpm or the FARS.
