Narrative:

Approaching OM runway 28R, first officer (PF) was at flaps 20 degrees and was slowing through 170 KIAS and ask for flaps 25 degrees. Flaps did not move and trailing edge flap disagreement light and trailing edge flap disagreement EICAS came on. Recycled flaps to 20 degrees, lights remained on. Went back to 25 degrees and back to 20 degrees when nothing changed. First officer (PF) stated no rolling moment at all and all other indications normal. We agreed since a headwind, light weight and an 8000 ft runway, it would be the best course of action to continue and land. First officer turned off the flap GPWS override and I reset the target speed for flaps 20 degrees (7 KTS greater than flaps 30 degrees). First officer also requested automatic brakes 2. Landing was normal and first officer turned off at taxiway A6. When we got to the gate, we did our shutdown flow without touching the flaps. The light and EICAS went off before the mechanics were there and the flaps worked normally with no light from 0 through 30.

Narrative: APCHING OM RWY 28R, FO (PF) WAS AT FLAPS 20 DEGS AND WAS SLOWING THROUGH 170 KIAS AND ASK FOR FLAPS 25 DEGS. FLAPS DID NOT MOVE AND TRAILING EDGE FLAP DISAGREEMENT LIGHT AND TRAILING EDGE FLAP DISAGREEMENT EICAS CAME ON. RECYCLED FLAPS TO 20 DEGS, LIGHTS REMAINED ON. WENT BACK TO 25 DEGS AND BACK TO 20 DEGS WHEN NOTHING CHANGED. FO (PF) STATED NO ROLLING MOMENT AT ALL AND ALL OTHER INDICATIONS NORMAL. WE AGREED SINCE A HEADWIND, LIGHT WT AND AN 8000 FT RWY, IT WOULD BE THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION TO CONTINUE AND LAND. FO TURNED OFF THE FLAP GPWS OVERRIDE AND I RESET THE TARGET SPD FOR FLAPS 20 DEGS (7 KTS GREATER THAN FLAPS 30 DEGS). FO ALSO REQUESTED AUTO BRAKES 2. LNDG WAS NORMAL AND FO TURNED OFF AT TXWY A6. WHEN WE GOT TO THE GATE, WE DID OUR SHUTDOWN FLOW WITHOUT TOUCHING THE FLAPS. THE LIGHT AND EICAS WENT OFF BEFORE THE MECHS WERE THERE AND THE FLAPS WORKED NORMALLY WITH NO LIGHT FROM 0 THROUGH 30.
