Narrative:

Recent changes to terminology of approach/arrival to las is confusing. RNAV arrival 'ksino' 10-20 to las 'lynsy' 10-2F have crossing altitudes at various intersections depicting for example lynsy arrival, mirok intersection, cross mim 11000 ft. No other charts use the abbreviation of 'mim.' we are used to seeing the letter 'a' for at or above. This is very confusing and we are getting these approachs on a regular basis. The charts should be consistent and uniform with the others. Define what is 'mim' on arrival charts. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter indicates he flies the B737-800 aircraft. He noted that the lynsy RNAV one chart was just changed to reflect his suggestion. He hopes the commercial charting service drops the 'mim' nomenclature on all of their charts.
