Narrative:
On apr/wed/02, I performed a job card X on aircraft X which checks deployment of oxygen masks from row 17 through end of aircraft. No discrepancies were found. On apr/wed/02, aircraft X experienced depressurization problem. The masks were deployed -- 18L and 18R did not deploy.

Narrative: ON APR/WED/02, I PERFORMED A JOB CARD X ON ACFT X WHICH CHKS DEPLOYMENT OF OXYGEN MASKS FROM ROW 17 THROUGH END OF ACFT. NO DISCREPANCIES WERE FOUND. ON APR/WED/02, ACFT X EXPERIENCED DEPRESSURIZATION PROB. THE MASKS WERE DEPLOYED -- 18L AND 18R DID NOT DEPLOY.
