Narrative:
Unauthorized vehicle crossed active runway. Pedestrian immediately followed vehicle across the same runway. The pedestrian then turned around and crossed same active runway. 3 deviations in all. The vehicle and pedestrian were part of a construction crew working at the dayton airport.

Title: DAY CTLR OBSERVES MAINT PERSONNEL AND VEHICLE CROSS RWY WITHOUT AUTH.
Narrative: UNAUTH VEHICLE CROSSED ACTIVE RWY. PEDESTRIAN IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED VEHICLE ACROSS THE SAME RWY. THE PEDESTRIAN THEN TURNED AROUND AND CROSSED SAME ACTIVE RWY. 3 DEVS IN ALL. THE VEHICLE AND PEDESTRIAN WERE PART OF A CONSTRUCTION CREW WORKING AT THE DAYTON ARPT.
