Narrative:

Performed annual on aircraft X. Missed several items while doing inspection: 1 exhaust nut missing, broken ground wire on alternator filter, cracked fuel flow divider bracket. Failed to remove wheel assemblies for wheel bearing inspection. Inspected wheel assemblies on aircraft -- determined airworthy. Failed to remove engine fuel injectors. I inspected injectors on aircraft, found no signs of clogging on exterior or signs of leaks. Failed to see chaffed hydraulic line on landing gear assembly (for hydraulic wheel skis). Missed several other miscellaneous items. Time constraints were factored in, exhaustion. Aircraft didn't fly. Discrepancies were found prior to flight by others.
