Narrative:

During an incident on apr/tue/02 at XA15, I was having radio communication problems with ground control while taxiing to runway 36R in tpa. While trying to fix communications, I missed the intersection north and taxied over runway 27 without proper clearance. Active runways were runway 36R and runway 36L.

Narrative: DURING AN INCIDENT ON APR/TUE/02 AT XA15, I WAS HAVING RADIO COM PROBS WITH GND CTL WHILE TAXIING TO RWY 36R IN TPA. WHILE TRYING TO FIX COMS, I MISSED THE INTXN N AND TAXIED OVER RWY 27 WITHOUT PROPER CLRNC. ACTIVE RWYS WERE RWY 36R AND RWY 36L.
