Narrative:

Passenger was asked to keep pet under seat and in the carrier. She complied by placing her pet back in the carrier, but would not put the carrier back under seat. Beginning arguing with the flight attendant #2, I asked her 3 times and still she would not comply. Finally, I advised her she was breaking an FAA rule. Told her I was going to take it a step further and call the captain. Flight attendant #2 was still trying to explain to her the actions are being taken because she refused to comply with her and because she became abusive to flight attendant #2.
