Narrative:

Departed tucson, destination alamogordo. Requested and was granted VFR TA's (flight following). ZAB handed me off to el paso approach. 16 NM, 274 degrees from newman VOR on victor 16, el paso approach cleared me to orogrande (not a check point, not a reporting point) and advised the restr areas were open. At orogrande I was handed off to holloman AFB approach. Holloman approach directed me 20 degrees right for '2 mi to exit the restr area.' if restr area 5107B was hot, I should have been so advised by el paso approach.
