Narrative:

During taxi, we were told to cross one runway but hold short of the parallel runway. Due to confusing airport layout and radio frequency congestion, we were taxiing very slowly across the 'crossing runway' and didn't notice airplane on final for that runway. We cleared runway just as landing aircraft got to approximately 300 ft on approach. He landed normally.
