Narrative:

We landed on runway 9R, turned off on M5. Ground control directed us to taxiway B, bravo bridge, txwys P and H to gate. Ground then told us to hold short of the bravo bridge so a B777 could make a 180 degrees on taxiway P through the runway 32R pad and go back to the X pad and hold. We were then cleared to taxi over the bridge txwys P and H to the gate. After we crossed the bridge and started the turn onto taxiway P ground told us to give way to an MD80 turning off runway 14L onto taxiway a. When he cleared we then continued the turn onto taxiway P. At this point I inadvertently and unintentionally made wingtip contact with the B777 in the X pad. I was completely unaware of this until advised by one of the flight attendants on taxi in. Supplemental information from acn 543255: while parked in X pad well within lines left wingtip was hit by right wingtip of aircraft taxiing on taxiway B.
