Narrative:
After establishing climb power on thrust rating computer #2 engine failed to provide full rated power. Rough guess engine was providing 70-80 percent of normal power (full flow = 8800 #/hour when other engines = 10500-11000). Engine fuel pressure was normal. We elected to accomplish a precautionary return to mem with #2 engine in idle.

Title: DC10 ACFT ESTABLISHED IN CLB CREW OBSERVED #2 ENGINE DEVELOPING LOW PWR. CREW ELECTED TO ACCOMPLISH A PRECAUTIONARY LNDG. #2 ENG LEFT AT IDLE FOR APP. LNDG UNEVENTFUL.
