Narrative:

Passenger X in coach became intoxicated and was taking either prescription meds or illegal substances. Became unruly and disruptive not only towards other passenger but to crew as well. He would not cooperate with crew member instructions. With the help of near by passenger Y and passenger Z (passenger Z is a department of corrections officer). Passenger X was subdued, flex cuffed (they don't work to well) and held down in seat, until we landed and police officers and fbi agents arrested passenger X.

Title: AN ARREST WAS MADE BECAUSE OF A DRUG RELATED CASE OF A PAX WHO WAS INTOXICATED AND ABUSIVE ON BOARD A B777 SHORT OF LNDG AT MIA, FL.

Narrative: PAX X IN COACH BECAME INTOXICATED AND WAS TAKING EITHER PRESCRIPTION MEDS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. BECAME UNRULY AND DISRUPTIVE NOT ONLY TOWARDS OTHER PAX BUT TO CREW AS WELL. HE WOULD NOT COOPERATE WITH CREW MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS. WITH THE HELP OF NEAR BY PAX Y AND PAX Z (PAX Z IS A DEPT OF CORRECTIONS OFFICER). PAX X WAS SUBDUED, FLEX CUFFED (THEY DON'T WORK TO WELL) AND HELD DOWN IN SEAT, UNTIL WE LANDED AND POLICE OFFICERS AND FBI AGENTS ARRESTED PAX X.
