Narrative:

On jan/xa/02 (3RD shift), I installed the forward service door panel on aircraft X. I correctly installed the inner seal and installed all screws on panel. This panel is for the structural torque tube for the service door. This panel was also observed by inspection, because, in a related sign-off block of the paperwork, a check to make sure that the door closes freely included the structural torque tube panel and the hinge arm panels. They had to be installed to ensure proper closing of the door and fairing of the panels. Other work was also being done on the door.
