Narrative:
Crj reported on frequency cleared to climb to an altitude (FL310) which was other than the one previously coordinated between the 2 facilities involved. I do not know if this was the result of a controller error, pilot error, equipment malfunction or a combination.

Title: CARJ RPTED TO ARTCC RADAR CTLR OF ON FREQ AND CLBING TO ASSIGNED ALT. THE CTLR WAS CONFUSED SINCE IT WAS NOT THE ACFT PREVIOUSLY COORDINATED BTWN THE 2 FACILITIES.
Narrative: CRJ RPTED ON FREQ CLRED TO CLB TO AN ALT (FL310) WHICH WAS OTHER THAN THE ONE PREVIOUSLY COORDINATED BTWN THE 2 FACILITIES INVOLVED. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS THE RESULT OF A CTLR ERROR, PLT ERROR, EQUIP MALFUNCTION OR A COMBINATION.
