Narrative:

Per instructions from tower (tmb), made straight-in approach to runway 9L from approximately 4 mi west of airport. Normal approach with flaps and gear down lever. Gear lever lock may have kept gear lever from fully seating. On touchdown, noted aircraft settled lower than normal. Taxied off runway and stopped on taxiway. Shut down engine, got out of aircraft to inspect. Propeller tips (wood) cut off approximately 6 inches at tips. Minor scrape on flap inside edge. No other damage. No injuries. As wheels were fully operational, rolled aircraft off taxiway to ramp.
