Narrative:

We were cleared to land runway 9. After landing on runway 9 we were told to expedite runway 14 or first available taxiway. We continued to taxi to runway 14 and held short on the numbers. We made 2 attempts to contact ground with no success. 2 mins afterward, a C172 circled around us to the left and proceeded to land on runway 14. We immediately contacted ground for instruction and were told to continue taxi down runway 14 exit taxiway C4. No inquiries were attempted by the tower.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO LAND RWY 9. AFTER LNDG ON RWY 9 WE WERE TOLD TO EXPEDITE RWY 14 OR FIRST AVAILABLE TXWY. WE CONTINUED TO TAXI TO RWY 14 AND HELD SHORT ON THE NUMBERS. WE MADE 2 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT GND WITH NO SUCCESS. 2 MINS AFTERWARD, A C172 CIRCLED AROUND US TO THE L AND PROCEEDED TO LAND ON RWY 14. WE IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED GND FOR INSTRUCTION AND WERE TOLD TO CONTINUE TAXI DOWN RWY 14 EXIT TXWY C4. NO INQUIRIES WERE ATTEMPTED BY THE TWR.
