Narrative:

At mdw with taxi instructions from gate to runway 13L, with specific instructions to hold short of runway 13L. As we were taxiing west on taxiway north, we were told by mdw ground to cross runway 13L and hold short of runway 13C via taxiway west. We crossed runway 13L straight across on taxiway north, then a right turn up to taxiway west, and then held short of runway 13C. Mdw ground never said we did anything wrong and there was no other traffic on the ground near our aircraft. We believe ground maybe wanted us to turn right on runway 13L then a left on taxiway west. If a mistake was made, I believe it was because taxiway west was not depicted on this diagram between runway 13L and runway 13C.

Title: AN MDT CREW, TAXIING FOR TKOF AT MDW, FEARED A WRONG TURN WAS MADE CAUSING A TXWY INCURSION.

Narrative: AT MDW WITH TAXI INSTRUCTIONS FROM GATE TO RWY 13L, WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 13L. AS WE WERE TAXIING W ON TXWY N, WE WERE TOLD BY MDW GND TO CROSS RWY 13L AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 13C VIA TXWY W. WE CROSSED RWY 13L STRAIGHT ACROSS ON TXWY N, THEN A R TURN UP TO TXWY W, AND THEN HELD SHORT OF RWY 13C. MDW GND NEVER SAID WE DID ANYTHING WRONG AND THERE WAS NO OTHER TFC ON THE GND NEAR OUR ACFT. WE BELIEVE GND MAYBE WANTED US TO TURN R ON RWY 13L THEN A L ON TXWY W. IF A MISTAKE WAS MADE, I BELIEVE IT WAS BECAUSE TXWY W WAS NOT DEPICTED ON THIS DIAGRAM BTWN RWY 13L AND RWY 13C.
