Narrative:

Human error was the factor in this case. I simply missed it. I was handling too many jobs at the time. I was the only supervisor at the time as well as the hangar ron planner and handling day to day problems of employees. I missed setting up the back flush on a cycle specification.

Title: A B737-700 ON A SCHEDULED MAINT VISIT DID NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED WATER WASTE BACK FLUSH AND INSPECTION ACCOMPLISHED.

Narrative: HUMAN ERROR WAS THE FACTOR IN THIS CASE. I SIMPLY MISSED IT. I WAS HANDLING TOO MANY JOBS AT THE TIME. I WAS THE ONLY SUPVR AT THE TIME AS WELL AS THE HANGAR RON PLANNER AND HANDLING DAY TO DAY PROBS OF EMPLOYEES. I MISSED SETTING UP THE BACK FLUSH ON A CYCLE SPEC.
