Narrative:

The bulldog MOA is no longer depicted on our pvd/dsr display. We are required to vector aircraft clear of the MOA, but are unable to comply without proper depiction on our display. Airspace and procedures have given evidence that they have very little to no knowledge over our area of specialization. Most of the MOA (bulldog) southwest of augusta, GA, was depicted on the 'east departure' map until approximately 3 months ago when someone decided to remove it. (I hope they coordinated with someone but don't know with whom.) the MOA is within 20 mi of our boundary and we now have no definitive way of knowing its boundary limits without that knowledge. We are not able to comply with the 7110.65 for MOA/atcaa separation.
