Narrative:

At approximately XA45Z on 03/wed/02, 100 mi north of geg at FL350 we were advised by flight attendant #1 of passenger in back of aircraft that had fainted. She had already paged for a doctor. A medical doctor responded. She examined him and got him stabilized. Flight attendant #1 talked directly to company duty doctor and since he was responding and in stable condition, dispatch, the company doctor and I agreed to continue to sfo, where we landed without further problems. I would like to add that everybody worked well as a team and the support was outstanding.
