Narrative:

Location: south of dfw on departure. On climb out at 8000 ft, wings level, 250 KTS, power table, #2 engine flamed out. We ran the emergency procedure and the engine did not restart. We declared an emergency with ATC and returned to land runway 17C at dfw. Crash fire rescue equipment confirmed all clear, so we taxied to parking. Crew and passenger ok.
