Narrative:

As the driver was backing the deicing truck, the truck was between the pilot's side wing and rear wing. The truck was at about 5 O'clock position when driver started backing up. I was in the enclosed boom of the deicing truck at about a 10-after position from the center of the truck. As I was trying to look for ice on the wing after deicing, the driver backed up without asking for help, and the next thing I heard the truck backed into the aircraft, damaging the wing.
