Narrative:

A student pilot on his 4TH solo flight (third unsupervised), flying with my endorsements, was involved in a runway incursion. On 03/sun/02 at approximately XA00, my student misunderstood an ATC instruction. After landing runway 12L at vgt, he was instructed to exit the runway at taxiway K and hold short of runway 12R/30L at charlie. He failed to hold short and crossed runway 12R/30L. Without clearance to do so. I have spoken with a controller at vgt tower and with my student. I have scheduled additional ground school with my student to ensure that he understands all airport signage as well as the safety issues involved in not complying with ATC instructions.
