Narrative:

On landing pilot stated all checklists were accomplished. In flare, pilot observed grinding sound. Accomplished go around procedures, re-entered profile, and landed without any further incident. After debriefing, determined pilot accomplished all checklists, however, did not verify a 'gump check,' resulting in propeller strike in landing flare. PF was able to power through situation and return for a safe landing. Damage to aircraft was propeller tips, also VHF antenna. Pilot was given postflt drug and alcohol test, and will be released to line flying pending results.
