Narrative:
A business class passenger drank too much then tried to light a cigarette, tried to open 4R door, tried to kiss a flight attendant and then took his shirt off, pulled his pants down and started masturbating. I feel that the alcohol policy on the aircraft needs to be reviewed. There have been several incidents on aircraft that are alcohol related. First class and business class passenger are allowed to drink freely and we as flight attendants have no way of knowing when someone is drunk until it is too late. I would suggest having all airlines start limiting the consumption of alcohol on the aircraft.

Title: B777 PAX WHILE SEATED IN FIRST CLASS BECAME INTOXICATED AND TRIED TO LIGHT A CIGARETTE. IN ADDITION HE TOOK OFF HIS SHIRT AND PANTS AND STARTED A LEWD ACT.
Narrative: A BUSINESS CLASS PAX DRANK TOO MUCH THEN TRIED TO LIGHT A CIGARETTE, TRIED TO OPEN 4R DOOR, TRIED TO KISS A FLT ATTENDANT AND THEN TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF, PULLED HIS PANTS DOWN AND STARTED MASTURBATING. I FEEL THAT THE ALCOHOL POLICY ON THE ACFT NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL INCIDENTS ON ACFT THAT ARE ALCOHOL RELATED. FIRST CLASS AND BUSINESS CLASS PAX ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK FREELY AND WE AS FLT ATTENDANTS HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHEN SOMEONE IS DRUNK UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE. I WOULD SUGGEST HAVING ALL AIRLINES START LIMITING THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ON THE ACFT.
