Narrative:

Air carrier X was level at FL350, on indianapolis arrival. I had crossing traffic at FL310, air carrier Y. I needed to start the arrival down, so I assigned FL330 -- I thought -- but I actually gave him FL230. Prior to this clearance, I went to the low side to request lower on a cvg inbound. He gave me FL220. I assigned it to the air carrier Z going into cvg and then issued the wrong clearance to my air carrier X into indianapolis instead of FL330, I said FL230. Told air carrier X to climb back to FL330.
