Narrative:
Lear was climbing to FL390, only supposed to be climbing to FL290. DC9 was wbound at FL310 and separation lost on the missed readback.

Narrative: LEAR WAS CLBING TO FL390, ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE CLBING TO FL290. DC9 WAS WBOUND AT FL310 AND SEPARATION LOST ON THE MISSED READBACK.
