Narrative:

I, on dec/wed/01, accomplished campaign-directive job card, engine exhaust-thrust reverser-blocker door primary latch replacement part a&B on left engine and right engine. On left engine found upper outboard latch bad, replaced it as per step 5. Right engine checks ok. After accomplishing job, filled out tally sheet and gave all documents to foreman. Jan/wed/02, asked me to refill out job card because of paperwork not received. The tally sheet showed I turned in paperwork and without serial numbers, I am not able to fill out. This point I said that they need to reschedule job card. Feb/thu/02, in ZZZ they found bad latches on right engine. Feb/mon/02, in ZZZ1 they changed the latches in question.
