Narrative:

2 legs were flown. The carrier posted a revision to the aircraft weight and balance manual, completely revising the weight and balance procedures including what would be included in the operating weights of the aircraft. On both legs the weight and balance was computed by operations agents using their old manuals with the new information in the aircraft manuals. Upon arrival to den there was a memo posted stating that there was a revision in the aircraft manual, however none of the station weight and balance or the weight and balance information in the crew manuals had been changed.
