Narrative:

The PIREP entry was amongst 2 days old completed entries, easy to miss when interacting with other workers and I had 4 of the remaining 7 PIREPS to do. I had just seen the page as old and completed. The pilot had used an open (uncrossed) box on the same line as a completed job.

Narrative: THE PIREP ENTRY WAS AMONGST 2 DAYS OLD COMPLETED ENTRIES, EASY TO MISS WHEN INTERACTING WITH OTHER WORKERS AND I HAD 4 OF THE REMAINING 7 PIREPS TO DO. I HAD JUST SEEN THE PAGE AS OLD AND COMPLETED. THE PLT HAD USED AN OPEN (UNCROSSED) BOX ON THE SAME LINE AS A COMPLETED JOB.
