Narrative:
We were cleared for visual approach runway 17 in orlando behind a B737. We felt separation was insufficient and chose to s-turn to the east and reintercept final. We did not advise mco tower due to radio congestion. We had not been advised of photography aircraft to the east in class B airspace. We should have advised. Tower should have advised us.
