Narrative:

I was taxiing out at montgomery field. I taxied straight out to taxiway H. Upon taxiway H, I made a right turn toward taxiway a. At or near the intersection with taxiway C, my right wingtip contacted the radome of an improperly parked merlin ii. My position was toward the right side of taxiway H. This was because there are no center-mounted taxi lights on this aircraft. I was looking for the taxiway centerline. This line here is very faint. There is no lighting of any kind in this area. In the event, I became aware of a sudden loom or the seemingly increased brightness of my right wingtip lights (taxi and navigation). Peering to my right, I became aware of a dark colored aircraft nose at my right wingtip. My right wingtip had contacted the radome. The merlin ii was parked facing taxiway H. My wingtip had sustained no damage. Airport emergency personnel and a witness responded to the scene. Emergency personnel and the witness helped me push the aircraft apart. Since there was no damage to my aircraft, I subsequently flew home.

EMER PERSONNEL AND THE WITNESS HELPED ME PUSH THE ACFT APART. SINCE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO MY ACFT, I SUBSEQUENTLY FLEW HOME.
