Narrative:

Flight attendants reported feeling ill and lightheaded. Also, reported a slight odor in aft cabin. Aft flight attendant was sick. (While on ground in cmh, ground air conditioning unit had thrown some exhaust fumes into aircraft. We ventilated aircraft prior departure -- doors open.) we suspected a delayed reaction to earlier fumes, since only flight attendants were affected. We performed smoke and odor elimination procedure, and called dispatch and maintenance. Ord was reporting 1/2 SM visibility. We declared an emergency. Uneventful landing. Paramedics met aircraft, treated and released flight attendants.
