Narrative:

The incursion took place on a flight from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2. I had received a WX briefing and filed a VFR flight plan with ZZZ3 FSS. After departing ZZZ1 I altered my direct course to the west to avoid ZZZ4 airspace and ZZZ5 class B. I was cruising at 4500 ft MSL believing that I was clear of all airspace to the west of ZZZ5 including the tfr (west and above). Shortly after the incursion area approximately 1 hour and 15 mins into the flight, I contacted ZZZ6 approach for flight following above ZZZ6 airspace still at 4500 ft MSL. I then continued to land at ZZZ2 and cleared customs. After clearing customs, I started to relocate the aircraft on the field, I was advised by ZZZ2 ground to contact ZZZ5 TRACON and a number was given to me. I contacted them immediately. To my surprise, the TRACON manager told me that I flew through the middle of ZZZ7 tfr. I was aware of the existence of the tfr (there are three in the area). I made two false assumptions, first I thought that the tfr was to 3000 ft similar are the two other tfr's, and thus giving me 1500 ft of clearance, in reality I was 500 ft below the 5000 ft top limit. I also thought that the radius was 2.5 miles not five, again similar to the two others close by. Possible causes and prevention: tfr's inconsistencies, in a general region where geographic allow why not make tfr's more consistently the same size, such as with class D airspace (air traffic area). This would make it easier than working with different sized airspaces in such a close proximity. Better publication or communications, as long as the tfr's are in effect and they are not on the charts the briefer (FSS) should reinforce the existence and size of the tfr without query.

Title: LGT FLC INADVERTENTLY FLEW THROUGH TFR DURING A DAYLIGHT VFR FERRY FLT DUE TO NOT KNOWING THE EXACT RADIUS AND ALTITUDE OF THE TFR.

Narrative: THE INCURSION TOOK PLACE ON A FLT FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2. I HAD RECEIVED A WX BRIEFING AND FILED A VFR FLT PLAN WITH ZZZ3 FSS. AFTER DEPARTING ZZZ1 I ALTERED MY DIRECT COURSE TO THE WEST TO AVOID ZZZ4 AIRSPACE AND ZZZ5 CLASS B. I WAS CRUISING AT 4500 FT MSL BELIEVING THAT I WAS CLR OF ALL AIRSPACE TO THE W OF ZZZ5 INCLUDING THE TFR (W AND ABOVE). SHORTLY AFTER THE INCURSION AREA APPROX 1 HR AND 15 MINS INTO THE FLT, I CONTACTED ZZZ6 APCH FOR FLT FOLLOWING ABOVE ZZZ6 AIRSPACE STILL AT 4500 FT MSL. I THEN CONTINUED TO LAND AT ZZZ2 AND CLRED CUSTOMS. AFTER CLRING CUSTOMS, I STARTED TO RELOCATE THE ACFT ON THE FIELD, I WAS ADVISED BY ZZZ2 GND TO CONTACT ZZZ5 TRACON AND A NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO ME. I CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY. TO MY SURPRISE, THE TRACON MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I FLEW THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF ZZZ7 TFR. I WAS AWARE OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE TFR (THERE ARE THREE IN THE AREA). I MADE TWO FALSE ASSUMPTIONS, FIRST I THOUGHT THAT THE TFR WAS TO 3000 FT SIMILAR ARE THE TWO OTHER TFR'S, AND THUS GIVING ME 1500 FT OF CLRNC, IN REALITY I WAS 500 FT BELOW THE 5000 FT TOP LIMIT. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE RADIUS WAS 2.5 MILES NOT FIVE, AGAIN SIMILAR TO THE TWO OTHERS CLOSE BY. POSSIBLE CAUSES AND PREVENTION: TFR'S INCONSISTENCIES, IN A GENERAL REGION WHERE GEOGRAPHIC ALLOW WHY NOT MAKE TFR'S MORE CONSISTENTLY THE SAME SIZE, SUCH AS WITH CLASS D AIRSPACE (ATA).
