Diversion trailing edge flaps disagree. On departure EICAS message trailing edge flaps disagree. Flap handle at 1 degree flap gauge indicated 5 degrees. Leveled at 5000 ft 210 KTS. Performed the flaps disagree procedures. Remained airborne approximately 30+ mins to burn fuel below maximum landing weight. Made normal 20 degree flap landing runway 27L ord.
