Narrative:
We experienced a medical emergency. Lady with chest pains. Medlink advised to continue to mco, personnel, hospital, etc. We declared an emergency and were expediting. ZJX descended us to 4000 ft. Mco approach was surprised at the 4000 ft. They expected us at 6000 ft. I called the TRACON supervisor to be sure there was no conflict.
