Narrative:
This airplane had a cockpit fan removal (modification). I removed the ducts and the 2 bolts that were connected to the duct assembly in accordance with the task oriented document manual. I told my lead all about the task that I did on the airplane.

Title: A DEHAVILLAND DASH 8 COCKPIT FAN REMOVAL MODIFICATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED INCORRECTLY BLOCKING AIRFLOW IN THE CABIN VENTS CAUSED BY PUB DEFICIENCY.
Narrative: THIS AIRPLANE HAD A COCKPIT FAN REMOVAL (MODIFICATION). I REMOVED THE DUCTS AND THE 2 BOLTS THAT WERE CONNECTED TO THE DUCT ASSEMBLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TASK ORIENTED DOCUMENT MANUAL. I TOLD MY LEAD ALL ABOUT THE TASK THAT I DID ON THE AIRPLANE.
