Narrative:

I was informed by intercom from my purser that he has a problem with a drunk and disorderly passenger back in coach class. I told him to ask the man to stay seated handle the situation as best as he can, look for help from the other passenger and keep me informed. Remind everyone to remain seated as we might encounter turbulence. At this time we were about an hour out of gander and my purser knew we would land there if he could not control the disruptive passenger very soon. Apparently this individual was now harassing and threatening the other passenger as well as our flight attendants. I was told that he managed to steal some mini booze bottles out of one of the beverage carts and was continuing to drink them despite orders from our flight attendants to stop drinking and remain in his seat. In the cockpit, we were reviewing WX and charts for a possible divert to gander. The man continued to harass other passenger and my flight attendants until he appeared to fall asleep. I decided to press on to bos as long as the passenger continued to sleep which he did for most of the remainder of the flight. The exception being when he got up to use the business class lavatory. The flight attendants did suspect that he might have had his own bottle of booze and was possibly taking drugs. We landed in boston uneventfully and asked all the passenger to remain seated at the gate while the state patrol took custody of the disruptive passenger. I asked for him to be arrested on the grounds that he was a safety problem for my flight crew.

Title: A B767 CABIN CREW, ENRTE FROM LFPG (FRANCE) TO BOS, WERE CONFRONTED BY AN UNRULY PAX.

Narrative: I WAS INFORMED BY INTERCOM FROM MY PURSER THAT HE HAS A PROB WITH A DRUNK AND DISORDERLY PAX BACK IN COACH CLASS. I TOLD HIM TO ASK THE MAN TO STAY SEATED HANDLE THE SIT AS BEST AS HE CAN, LOOK FOR HELP FROM THE OTHER PAX AND KEEP ME INFORMED. REMIND EVERYONE TO REMAIN SEATED AS WE MIGHT ENCOUNTER TURB. AT THIS TIME WE WERE ABOUT AN HR OUT OF GANDER AND MY PURSER KNEW WE WOULD LAND THERE IF HE COULD NOT CTL THE DISRUPTIVE PAX VERY SOON. APPARENTLY THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS NOW HARASSING AND THREATENING THE OTHER PAX AS WELL AS OUR FLT ATTENDANTS. I WAS TOLD THAT HE MANAGED TO STEAL SOME MINI BOOZE BOTTLES OUT OF ONE OF THE BEVERAGE CARTS AND WAS CONTINUING TO DRINK THEM DESPITE ORDERS FROM OUR FLT ATTENDANTS TO STOP DRINKING AND REMAIN IN HIS SEAT. THE FLT ATTENDANTS DID SUSPECT THAT HE MIGHT HAVE HAD HIS OWN BOTTLE OF BOOZE AND WAS POSSIBLY TAKING DRUGS. WE LANDED IN BOSTON UNEVENTFULLY AND ASKED ALL THE PAX TO REMAIN SEATED AT THE GATE WHILE THE STATE PATROL TOOK CUSTODY OF THE DISRUPTIVE PAX. I ASKED FOR HIM TO BE ARRESTED ON THE GNDS THAT HE WAS A SAFETY PROB FOR MY FLC.
