Narrative:

After the conclusion of a flight, the aircraft was parked. The engine shutdown flow, parking checklist, and leaving aircraft checklist were completed. We (captain and first officer) exited the aircraft and I did the postflt inspection. It was reported to me later than an engine was left running and that a third party shut the engine down. No damage or injuries resulted in this.
