Narrative: SPDS WERE ASSIGNED TO BOTH ACFT. ACFT #1 OVERTOOK ACFT #2 WITH ACFT #2 NOT ADVISING OF INABILITY TO HOLD AIRSPD. SECTOR COMPLEXITY WAS HIGH WITH COMBINED SECTORS, HOLDING FOR LGA, AND COORD WITH ACFT 2 MOVEMENT.
