Narrative:
Excessive hazmat. Location, dfw. Received 3 forms indicating 37 liters of flammable liquid on board. Air carrier X cargo informed me that only .5 liters of dimethyl dicoco ammonium chloride was allowed -- we had 8 liters. The ammonium chloride was removed. This was not the only form problem. Once again 3 signatures of the form is mute if the information I received from air carrier X cargo is correct.

Narrative: EXCESSIVE HAZMAT. LOCATION, DFW. RECEIVED 3 FORMS INDICATING 37 LITERS OF FLAMMABLE LIQUID ON BOARD. ONCE AGAIN 3 SIGNATURES OF THE FORM IS MUTE IF THE INFO I RECEIVED FROM ACR X CARGO IS CORRECT.
