Narrative:

Due to previous incidents: 1) 09/tue/01, and 2) a plane buzzing at football game, citizens on the ground have a heightened tension of aircraft flying. I was giving instruction on ground reference maneuvers along colegrade road. These maneuvers were being performed at 2000-2100 ft AGL which is in accordance with maneuver procedures and far 91.119 (a and C) concerning MSA over non-congested areas and emergency lndgs. (This altitude placed us at 800-900 ft AGL.) we have, since, stopped doing ground reference maneuvers along colegrade road.
