Narrative:
I was tasked to do film interpretation of an MD80 #1 engine. While reviewing the film, I discovered a broken notch on a 4TH stage turbine blade. Upon reviewing the previous isotope inspection film, I found the broken notch was present. I notified my superiors and the engine was taken OTS.
