Narrative:

Left prsov (pressure regulator shutoff valve) changed one day prior. Departed sna and shortly got left high-stage light. Turned off left bleed per checklist and continued. After intermediate leveloffs, leveled FL370 and cleared direct pke. Just west of pke cabin altitude warning sounded. Cabin altitude continued to climb after confirming outflow valve closed. With cabin at about 13000 ft, executed emergency descent. Leveled at 10000 ft and proceeded to lax on victor airways. Encountered 1 TA and 1 RA en route. Advised ATC of RA and climbed to avoid traffic.
