Narrative:

No agent, door closed, refueling. We waited 15 mins for an agent to come to the jetbridge and open our door. We had already disarmed the doors after the flight attendant's 'prepare for arrival' PA. We called for an agent -- 3 times. The fueler started pumping gas into our airplane with no doors open and passenger on board. We told ramp to stop the fueling process. The fueler continued to pump gas, until the refueling process was complete.

Title: MD80 CREW HAD COMPANY FUELER FUEL THE ACFT WITH PAX ABOARD AND ALL DOORS CLOSED.

Narrative: NO AGENT, DOOR CLOSED, REFUELING. WE WAITED 15 MINS FOR AN AGENT TO COME TO THE JETBRIDGE AND OPEN OUR DOOR.
