Narrative:

After landing runway 23 at craig municipal, I was instructed to exit at the end and contact ground 121.8. I did so and ground instructed me to taxi on 'a' and hold short of 'D.' ground said there will be opposite direction traffic (implying one aircraft only) taxiing into a local FBO. I followed the controller's instructions and held short of taxiway D. After I saw opposite direction traffic taxiing. At this point tower screamed at me and said I was supposed to hold short of taxiway D for opposite direction traffic. I responded I had complied with his instructions and the traffic had already turned in to the FBO. He said that was not the traffic, and there was an aircraft taxiing opposite direction. He told me to taxi in to the FBO and hold short of taxiway a for opposite traffic. I complied with his instructions and was then told to phone tower upon returning to my flight school. It is important to note that taxiway a is a 90 degree curving and blind taxiway. The only traffic I could and did observe on taxiway a was the first aircraft.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG RWY 23 AT CRAIG MUNICIPAL, I WAS INSTRUCTED TO EXIT AT THE END AND CONTACT GND 121.8. I DID SO AND GND INSTRUCTED ME TO TAXI ON 'A' AND HOLD SHORT OF 'D.' GND SAID THERE WILL BE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TFC (IMPLYING ONE ACFT ONLY) TAXIING INTO A LCL FBO. I FOLLOWED THE CTLR'S INSTRUCTIONS AND HELD SHORT OF TXWY D. AFTER I SAW OPPOSITE DIRECTION TFC TAXIING. AT THIS POINT TWR SCREAMED AT ME AND SAID I WAS SUPPOSED TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY D FOR OPPOSITE DIRECTION TFC. I RESPONDED I HAD COMPLIED WITH HIS INSTRUCTIONS AND THE TFC HAD ALREADY TURNED IN TO THE FBO. HE SAID THAT WAS NOT THE TFC, AND THERE WAS AN ACFT TAXIING OPPOSITE DIRECTION. HE TOLD ME TO TAXI IN TO THE FBO AND HOLD SHORT OF TXWY A FOR OPPOSITE TFC. I COMPLIED WITH HIS INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS THEN TOLD TO PHONE TWR UPON RETURNING TO MY FLT SCHOOL. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT TXWY A IS A 90 DEG CURVING AND BLIND TXWY. THE ONLY TFC I COULD AND DID OBSERVE ON TXWY A WAS THE FIRST ACFT.
