Narrative:
Passenger was caught smoking in at lav by flight attendant #2 and #3. Heavy smoke coming out aft lav where passenger smoked a cigarette. Passenger, when confronted by flight attendant #2 and #3 then myself, became abusive by his verbal actions and gestures. Unacceptable behavior. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the passenger was taken away by local police after landing. He further stated that if passenger attitude is remorseful, they will be treated accordingly. However, this passenger became belligerent and abusive to the cabin attendant crew.

Title: A300 PAX FOUND SMOKING IN THE AFT LAV AND TAKEN AWAY BY LCL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: PAX WAS CAUGHT SMOKING IN AT LAV BY FLT ATTENDANT #2 AND #3. HVY SMOKE COMING OUT AFT LAV WHERE PAX SMOKED A CIGARETTE. PAX, WHEN CONFRONTED BY FLT ATTENDANT #2 AND #3 THEN MYSELF, BECAME ABUSIVE BY HIS VERBAL ACTIONS AND GESTURES. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT THE PAX WAS TAKEN AWAY BY LCL POLICE AFTER LNDG. HE FURTHER STATED THAT IF PAX ATTITUDE IS REMORSEFUL, THEY WILL BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY. HOWEVER, THIS PAX BECAME BELLIGERENT AND ABUSIVE TO THE CAB CREW.
