Narrative:
Descended through assigned altitude of 10000 ft to about 9700 ft. Immediately climbed back to 10000 ft. I was mentally geared to the descent below 10000 ft since we normally don't level there on this arrival. Contributing factors: complacency, fatigue, workload. I need to be more attentive during high workload phases and less complacent.

Narrative: DSNDED THROUGH ASSIGNED ALT OF 10000 FT TO ABOUT 9700 FT. IMMEDIATELY CLBED BACK TO 10000 FT. I WAS MENTALLY GEARED TO THE DSCNT BELOW 10000 FT SINCE WE NORMALLY DON'T LEVEL THERE ON THIS ARR. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: COMPLACENCY, FATIGUE, WORKLOAD. I NEED TO BE MORE ATTENTIVE DURING HIGH WORKLOAD PHASES AND LESS COMPLACENT.
