Narrative:

A female passenger became agitated and hostile. I was able to calm her enough to keep her seated for landing, but she was not stable enough to leave. I asked for emt's. I got police, who handcuffed her and led her away. I don't know what they did with her, but I felt she needed medical evaluation, not police force.
